Master Programs

The Seminary is the post-baccalaureate division of Dayspring. Realizing the need for advanced training for Christian workers, the Dayspring Seminary was established to achieve that goal. Serious-minded students may choose an education in Biblical Studies or Theology. These challenging programs should take the diligent student approximately 2 years to complete.

The Master's Programs are designed to direct the student in an independent study. Each program is based on four modules that are followed by a dissertation.

The following majors are available:

  • Master of Arts in Theology

  • Master of Arts in Biblical Studies

Upon completion of the 4 modules in either Biblical Studies or Theology, the student is to write a 20,000 word dissertation. The student is to work with the college administration to determine a subject for the dissertation and expected to thoroughly research his subject. Guidelines for the layout, footnotes and bibliography are available at the school office.

Dayspring has carefully reviewed the books selected for these graduate courses of study. While these texts include much beneficial material, the Dayspring administration does not endorse all of the views expressed therein. Students are encouraged to compare these materials with Scripture and discuss any questions they may have to insure a correct understanding of Biblical truths.
