To enroll in Dayspring Bible College it is necessary to complete the following:

1. Become completely familiar with the DBC catalog.

2. Submit completed forms to Dayspring Bible College office with a non-refundable $35.00 application fee.
Forms include:

• Application
• Emergency Health and Accident Form
• Athletic Waiver
• Credit History Check

3. Schedule an interview with the college administrator.

4. Submit High School and College Transcripts. Use the attached authorization form to request
transcripts.
